Using Paper Scraps to Make Card Backgrounds

I love making simple paper crafts for the purpose of giving cards. I do it quite often and the recipients are always so grateful for the homemade gift. They are so much fun and so inexpensive! Cards cost an arm and a leg today and this a great way to save money, and give something very special

I received my first homemade card as a wedding present card and it was by far my favorite card! It was so cute with yellow, black and white, with big daisies on it. I still have the card to this day and it has been an inspiration on so many different projects. I know make cards for birthdays, Christmas and other holidays.

Good old Martha Stewart. She is everywhere and has her fingers in all sorts of kitties. She is all up in crafts, recipes and so much more. She really likes things to be elegant and I sort of have a love/hate for that women. Why does she insist on making me feel inadequate at crafting?
